伊豆稲取漁港で人気の食事処、網元料理徳造丸。こってりと甘く煮付け煮付けた名物の金目鯛煮魚に使っているのがこの秘伝の煮汁です。金目鯛の本場で郷土の味として受け継がれてきた煮付の味がご家庭でもこれ一本で簡単に出来上がり。煮汁を水で2倍に薄めて沸騰したら魚を入れて約10分間煮るだけ。肉じゃが、筑前煮、豚角煮、すき焼きの割り下など用途もいろいろ。
