商品紹介 伊豆稲取漁港で人気の食事処、網元料理徳造丸。魚屋直営のこだわりで、味付けの難しいサバ味噌煮も失敗知らずの秘伝の煮汁みそ味を作りました。伊豆伝統の甘くこってりとしたサバの味噌煮が味付けや臭み消しなど悩むこともなく、ご家庭でもこれ一本で板前仕込みの味が出来上がり。煮汁を水で2倍~3倍に薄めて沸騰したら魚を入れて約10分間煮るだけ。ふろふき大根のみそだれや野菜炒め、酢を加えて酢味噌にアレンジなど用途もいろいろ。 原材料・成分 米みそ、砂糖、醬油、味醂、酒、水飴、たまり醬油、生姜、ねぎ、ごぼう/酒精、調味料(アミノ酸等)、(一部に大豆、小麦を含む)
