鰹(かつお)と北海道産昆布(こんぶ)粉末の2種類をあわせたお出汁(だし)が香る、ほんのり甘いやさしい味わいの粉末うどんスープです。お湯に溶かすだけで簡単にできる粉末タイプです。8袋入り個包装になっており、ウドンスープの他、料理の定番だし巻き卵や炊き込みごはん、から揚げの下味など様々な料理にご活用いただけます。
原材料・成分
食塩（国内製造）、砂糖、ぶどう糖、粉末醤油、デキストリン、かつおエキス粉末、こんぶエキス粉末、混合節粉末、こんぶ粉末、植物油脂 ／ 調味料（アミノ酸等）、カラメル色素、（一部に小麦・さば・大豆を含む）
