漁獲から加工まで徹底した鮮度管理をして作られた瀬戸内海伊吹島の「伊吹いりこ」（※）は、上品で濃厚なうまみが特長です。いりこ本来の香りと濃厚なうまみに、隠し味として鰹節と昆布のエキスを加え、コク深く上品な味わいに仕上げました。 環境に配慮し、プラスチック使用量を削減した紙製パッケージを使用しています。 食塩無添加の顆粒タイプ。 ※伊吹いりこ：瀬戸内海・伊吹島の沖合で漁獲されたカタクチイワシを用い、伊吹島で加工された煮干魚類のことをいいます。
